SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Spa Weekend in Sedona, AZ. Grand Prize includes:
• round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from an airport nearest the winner’s home within the continental U.S. to Tuscan, AZ,
• one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for 2 nights,
• ground transportation, and
• $250 in spending money.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3000.00.
Selection of airline, hotel and Game seating assignment is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guest. Sponsor will specify travel dates and all travel must be taken on dates specified; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Minor children may accompany winner as travel guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including the Game and/or airline flights) beyond its control. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g, valid U.S. driver’s license and valid U.S. passport) required for travel outside the United States.
Eight (8) First Prizes will be awarded, consisting of eight (8) Bicycles + Work Out Gear. ARV ($1,075.00);
Fifty-six (56) Second Prizes will be awarded, consisting of Twenty-eight weekly (28) gift cards good towards a complimentary Yoga Class for six months ARV ($300.00); Twenty-eight (28) Xbox® Kinect with Propel branded workout clothes ARV ($475.00);
Fourteen Hundred (1400) Third Prizes will be awarded, consisting of two-hundred and eighty (280) Yoga Mats ARV ($30.00); two-hundred and eighty (280) Medicine Balls ARV ($30.00); two-hundred and eighty (280) Propel branded drawstring back-pack ARV ($20.00); two-hundred and eighty (280) Propel branded visors ARV ($20.00); and two-hundred and eighty (280) Stretch bands ARV ($15.00);
Twenty-eight hundred (2800) Fourth Prizes will be awarded, consisting of three (3) coupons good for either 20 oz or 24 oz Propel® beverage ARV ($1.40).
For First, Second and Third Prize winners, each will be awarded three (3) coupons good for either 20 oz or 24 oz Propel® beverage ARV ($1.40). Limit one (1) weekly prize per person/household/e-mail address. Total Value of all prizes: $92,426.00.
Prize winners will be selected in each of the four (4) random drawings from among all eligible entries received for each drawing as applicable (see chart below). To be eligible for any given drawing, entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. EST on the “received by” date listed below for that drawing. All non-winning entries will be rolled over into the subsequent drawing. All drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final.

All major prize winners will be notified by phone based on the information provided at the time of registration on the Web Site, or will be required to respond to the phone call within 24-48 hours indicating whether he/she can accept the prize. If no return call is received within the time allotted, alternate potential Prize winners may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any alternates selected will be required to respond to the phone call within 24-48 hours. Any winner notification returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected. Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within three (3) days of attempted winner notification as indicated by the date on the Affidavit. Failure to return any required documents within three (3) days may result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be shipped within eight to ten weeks, unless otherwise required by law. Prizes won by an eligible entrant who is a minor in his/her state of residence will be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been shipped. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's names and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This includes Sponsor's use of participant's first name, first letter of last name, city, and text of entry to use for online and offline promotional and publicity purposes, including, but not limited to, online, print and broadcast advertising, media relations, and all social media venues. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the name appearing on the online entry will be deemed to be the participant.
