Grand Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one guest to one of the five destinations pre-selected by Sponsor’s designee (listed below). Grand Prize consists of round-trip economy air travel for Grand Prize Winner and guest to selected destination from the major gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (airports to be determined by Sponsor’s designee in its sole discretion); double occupancy hotel accommodations for 4-nights; rental car transportation, excursions determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and $2,500 awarded in the form of a gift card for spending. ARV of the Grand Prize is $6,500. Actual value will vary depending upon point of departure and other contingencies. Any difference between ARV and actual costs will not be awarded. Air carrier(s) and hotel selected by Grand Prize Winner are subject to Sponsor’s designee’s sole discretion and approval. Actual destination will be chosen by the Grand Prize Winner from one of the following experiences/cities: Shop Till You Drop (New York, New York), Relax Among the Vines (Sonoma, CA), Viva Las Vegas! (Las Vegas, NV), Relax on the Beach (Oahu, Hawaii) or Pamper Yourself at the Spa (Scottsdale, AZ).
Trip arrangements will be handled by Sponsor’s designee and are subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Grand Prize Winner and all travel guests must sign Sponsor’s release and waiver of liability before traveling. Any difference between stated value and the actual value will not be awarded. The prize package is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be extended or replaced if destroyed, lost, stolen, or unredeemed. Trip (and trip components) is/are subject to availability, blackout dates, and other restrictions may apply as dictated by travel partners. Travel must begin/end with the same major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home, with the same service (airports to be determined by Sponsor’s designee in its sole discretion). Stopovers, open jaws, circle trips or frequent traveler mileages are not permitted. Once passengers are ticketed, any fees associated with flight changes or dates of travel are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of departure. Rental car must have a driver who is at least twenty-five (25) years of age or older, with a valid driver’s license, credit card, and insurance (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company) who will be solely responsible for any additional costs associated with vehicle rental and usage. If Grand Prize Winner or the travel guest do not meet rental car requisites/requirements, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Grand Prize Winner must provide 30-days advance notice prior to intended date of departure. Valid government-issued photo identification required for air travel. Grand Prize Winner and all travel guests must travel together on same itinerary as set by Sponsor’s designee at its sole discretion. All other expenses related to transportation, meals, entertainment, taxes, fees, gratuities, or any other expenses associated with using the prize remain the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner and all travel guests
