Sweepstakes starts 3/1/11 at 12:00 A.M., Eastern Time ("ET") and the last Periodic Sweepstakes ends 5/31/11 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET.
The exact dates of each Periodic Sweepstakes are as set forth in the Table in Rule 3 below. The Grand Prize Sweepstakes starts 3/1/11 at 12:00 A.M., Eastern Time ("ET") and ends 5/31/11 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET. Entries from one Periodic Sweepstakes will not be carried forward to or be included in any subsequent Periodic Sweepstakes; however, entries received in each Periodic Sweepstakes will be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
The Promotion is open to legal residents of, and residing within the, 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia, who, at the time of entry, are at least 21 years old as of time of entry.
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are ineligible to enter or win.
“GE SOCK L.O.S.S. Sweepstakes” (“Promotion”) consists of a “Create a SOCK L.O.S.S. Flyer” (“Flyer”) and twelve (12) separate periodic sweepstakes ("Periodic Sweepstakes") and one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes. The first Periodic Sweepstakes starts 3/1/11 at 12:00 A.M., Eastern Time ("ET") and the last Periodic Sweepstakes ends 5/31/11 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET (the “Promotion Period”). HOW TO ENTER: Go to www. sockloss.com and follow the on-screen instructions to create your Flyer by using the Sponsor provided on-screen tools. After you have completed creating your own Flyer, or have elected not to create your own Flyer, provide the required registration information and click the “Create Your Flyer For a Chance to Win” button. You will simultaneously receive one (1) entry into the then current Periodic Sweepstakes and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Limit: You may only submit one (1) entry each day regardless of the email address used.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: On or about the dates listed below, Mercury, the independent judging agency administering this Promotion, will conduct a random drawing to randomly select the potential winner of the respective Periodic Sweepstakes (“Periodic Winner”) from among all of the eligible entries received during that respective Sweepstakes Period. Additionally, on or about 6/1/11, Mercury will conduct a random drawing to select the potential Grand Prize Winner from among all of the eligible entries received throughout the Prootion Period. The potential Periodic and Grand Prize Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail on or about the dates listed below. As stated above, entries from one Periodic Sweepstakes will not be carried forward to, or included, in any subsequent Periodic Sweepstakes. Entrants should regularly check their spam filters to ensure they do not contain any Promotion notifications.
