Pop Rocks "My Friends Rock!" Sweepstakes ~ 13+ ~ 4/30/11
This Sweepstakes begins as of April 1st 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends as of April 30th, 2011 at 11:59 a.m. EST.
MY FRIENDS ROCK Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories), who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. If participant is a minor, they should get their parent´s or legal guardian´s permission before participating or giving out their e-mail address or any personal information on the internet.
To participate, entrant should go to: http://www.pop-rocks.com/my-friends-rock/ during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to participate in the MY FRIENDS ROCK Sweepstakes.
Limit: each entrant may submit maximum one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address.
Only new (not entered in previous days) daily postings will be considered eligible.
One (1) Daily Prize consisting of one (1) $100 (one hundred dollar) check. There will therefore be a total of thirty (30) Daily Prizes awarded in the whole Sweepstakes Period (April 1st to April 30th 2011)
The thirty (30) daily winners will be selected each business day from April 4th to May 2nd through a random drawing from all the eligible new daily postings received during the previous day within the Sweepstakes Period (April 1st to April 30th). The Saturday, Sunday or Holiday day winners within the Sweepstakes Period will be selected on the next business day of the month.
Entries for daily prize selections will not carry over to subsequent daily prize selections. Any entry submitted in a given day will only be eligible for that day. If not a winner, that entry will not be considered eligible for any other random drawing.
Potential winners will be notified by email, and will have seven (7) business days to respond to the notification. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until the entrant´s eligibility has been verified. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Each potential winner (or, if a minor, the winner´s parent or legal guardian) must print out and complete the Authorization and Prize Acceptance Form that will be sent by e-mail. The form must be returned with 15 business days. When the form is returned complete to Pop Rocks Inc, MY FRIENDS ROCK Sweepstakes, 3 Dunwoody Park, Suite 128, Atlanta GA 30338, the prize can be properly forwarded by U.S. Postal Service Delivery.
If any potential winner cannot be contacted or if a prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize and that prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be delivered approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks after the drawing date.
