Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for winner and up to three guests to Hilton Head, South Carolina from August 13, 2011 to August 20, 2011. Trip includes roundtrip coach class air transportation for winner and up to three guests from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home to destination, private beach house accommodations for 7-nights (four rooms, single occupancy), a $1,000 World Market Gift Card for winner only, a Something Borrowed book and poster, and $300 awarded in the form of a check which may be used for car rental. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,520. Actual value may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of trip destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in to cover beach house incidentals. Failure to provide credit upon request will result in forfeiture of prize. Winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. Guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless a child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If any guest(s) is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the $300 allowance portion of the prize will be sufficient to pay Grand Prize winner’s rental car expenses. Further, the ability to rent a car is subject to the policies of the rental car company (for example, some rental car companies will not rent cars to people younger than 25).
